A:      Club Gloss differs from most club sites because it is not sweepstakes and has no monthly
          membership.
Q:       How do I become a member of Club Gloss ?
A:       Anyone with a Gloss Poker account can become a member, players purchase their
          vouchers from Gloss Poker which can be used for the exclusive games in the Club Gloss
lobby.
Q:       How much does membership cost and how long does it last ?
A:       Membership to the exclusive Club Gloss games costs $22.00, Club Gloss vouchers never
          expire. As long as you have Club Gloss vouchers on your account you can play in the
          exclusive Club Gloss games.
Q:       What happens when I have used all my Club Gloss vouchers ?

A:       When you run out of vouchers you can simply purchase more, remember these NEVER
    expire until you use them.
Q:       What can I play for ?
A:       You can use your vouchers to play for cash and higher value vouchers. The higher the
value of your vouchers the higher the potential prizes become.
Q:       Do you run weekly and monthly games ?
A:       Yes Club Gloss will run weekly and monthly games which you can enter by winning the
           appropriate vouchers.
Q:       Do you have guaranteed prizes ?
A:        In some games the prize pools are guaranteed, for example if you use your vouchers to
           play for cash In heads up games or sit and go games you can win the prizes stated in the
           game lobby. MTT’s have no guaranteed prize pools and are dependent on entry numbers.
Q:        What are the potential prize pools in Club Gloss games ?
A:         All Club Gloss games are capped at 1000 seats, if 1000 players register for the Silver
voucher daily MTT the prize pool would be $10,000, If 1000 players register for the Gold
            voucher weekly MTT the prize pool would be $20,000, If 1000 players register for the
            Platinum voucher monthly MTT the prize pool would be $50,000

Q:      What happens if the weekly and monthly games fill up ?
A:       If the Daily Silver voucher or the weekly Gold voucher game or monthly Platinum voucher
          game fill, Club Gloss will open a further tournament for registration. This would mean that
          potentially you could play in more than one daily, weekly and monthly game if you have the
required vouchers.
Q:         So I can play in more than 1 weekly or monthly game ?
A:        Yes if there are more than 1000 registrants for the games you can register for any further
           games that open as long as you have the required vouchers. For example if there were 3
           monthly tournaments open because over 2000 players had registered you could play in all
   3 games if you have 3 Platinum vouchers and register for each one.
Q:         Are there any other cash games ?
A:         Yes, games run throughout the day where you can play your vouchers for cash. There are
             7 vouchers that can be used for cash games, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, Bronze, Silver,
   Gold and Platinum.
Q:        How do I obtain higher value vouchers?
A:         When you purchase your membership you receive 40 Ruby vouchers, you can play in a
            mix of games such as heads up, sit and go and MTT where you can use your vouchers to
            play for higher value ones.
Q:       How am I paid my winnings in Club Gloss games ?
A:       Your vouchers and winnings from Club Gloss games are credited directly into your Gloss
          Poker account.
Q:     Can you list some of the advantages of playing Club Gloss games over my current
         membership site ?
A:      There are several advantages.
Membership sites generally charge monthly membership fees. On Club Gloss you only renew your membership when you want to.
Most sweepstakes sites tax your winnings. Gloss Poker does not tax your winnings.
Most sweepstakes sites run free rolls that non members can play in. Club Gloss games are only available to members, we do not believe you should subsidise the non members free rolls.
Most sweepstakes sites do not allow you to use your tokens when your membership expires. Club Gloss vouchers never expire, all the time you have vouchers you can play in Club Gloss games.
Most sweepstakes sites do not cap their games. Club Gloss caps all MTTs at 1000 seats giving players much better odds of winning.
Most membership sites run one big weekly game and one big monthly game that are not capped and so you can only play in each game once. Club Gloss will open further weekly and monthly games if the tournaments hit 1000 players, allowing you the possibility to play in more than one big tournament if you have the required vouchers.
Membership sites generally only pay cash prizes in MTTs, Club Gloss offers an array of game structures including Heads Up, Sit and Go and MTTs where you can play for cash.
Sweepstakes sites generally send your winnings via cheque and do not allow you to use your winnings in the poker room. Club Gloss winnings are paid into your Gloss Poker account and are available to use on the site or for withdrawal.
Many sweepstakes and membership sites run advertisements at their tables. Club Gloss games are free of advertisements as are all tables on Gloss Poker.
Membership and sweepstakes sites generally are lacking in software features. Gloss Poker runs all its Club Gloss games on its feature rich software, these features are available to all players on Gloss Poker.

Q:   My sweepstakes site offers guaranteed prizes why does Club Gloss not do that ?
A:   Club Gloss do offer Guaranteed cash prizes in Heads up Games and Sit and Go games.
      Although we do not offer guaranteed prizes in MTTs the potential prize pools are far larger than
      those offered on Sweepstakes sites and the potential to play in more than one weekly game or
monthly game also exists. EXAMPLE your current site may be offering a $30,000 monthly game
       where you may be playing against upwards of 3000 players. If 3000 players were to register
      for the Club Gloss monthly game there would be 3 games opened, because all our MTTs are
      capped at 1000 seats. In this example you could potentially play in 3 monthly games on the
same day for 3 X $50,000 prize pools and play no more than 1000 players in each.
      Over the past few years many sweepstakes and monthly membership sites have closed, this
is generally because the sites were unable to sustain paying large prize pools with low player
      numbers. Those that survive and grow seldom raise their prize pools. Some may even drop
the prizes offered in their larger games. Club Gloss MTT prize pools increase as player
      numbers Increase.

Q:     Are there any other benefits to playing Club Gloss games ?
A:     Because Club Gloss games are played on Gloss Poker you are able to play in all the
        games offered on Gloss Poker, this means the deposit bonuses and refer a friend bonuses
can be earned in the same way. You could even play in the $1 Million Golden Ladder steps
        game for as little as 33c, or play in the 2010 WSOP steps games and MTTs to win a
        package to the 2010 WSOP.
