It doesn't mean that I will take them, but I will listen.  If you have a good suggestion that I like, I will use it.  I like to credit people for their suggestions and help so, it could be good, depending on the suggestion.  Oh and ...."Go suck it"  isn't a suggestion...it's an insult...nobody has said that yet, I'm just being prepared.

Please pick another color scheme for your forum that's brighter so I can read it. A lot of things are hidden (invisible) in the black background when the text is dark also. Thanks! 8^)

That is being worked on Axeman.  Thanks!

If you (and ZZ, I assume) are not going to change the color scheme to better accommodate those challenged with color blindness (I assume I'm not the only one), then at least get rid of the dark blue text against a black background like in the headlines, etc. Also, when signing in, the white text against the yellow background is likewise unreadable. I would think you would want the site to appeal to as wide an audience as possible as the site grows, and not make it a frustrating experience for some, imho.

I understand, I do.  It's just me though Ax...ZZ is handling BTF.  I have been trying to figure out the CSS code that changes the background and makes it bright white and not the blue/gray that you see.  I have tried a few different codes but none are working.  I was given a few that were supposed to work, but of course, nope.  I will find a way to make it easy to read.  I'm sorry I haven't been able to get it fixed yet, it is on the list and I will get it eventually.  The list happens to be long right now too, but it is near the top.  On the sign in, with the yellow background, that has nothing to do with me.  That is the host.  I will put in a message to them to make it easier, but it might have something to do with security.  Who knows.  I'll try though.

No problem. I would much prefer that you take your time and get it right the first time 8^)
If I remember correctly, as an admin, one could go into the admin control center and pick and chose from a number of different color schemes. Some of those were very acceptable to me. Of course, Lefora may have changed all that with any recent upgrades.

Thanks for your efforts and good luck with the site!

All fixed Ax.  Hope you like the color too.  I like the yellow.  Might change it later.  I even made the words bigger.  Will be working on post text size too.

Very good! I like it much better, and I do like the yellow.

There are only a few spots that I still have a problem with.

On the "Headlines" page, there is still some dark text (dark blue or purple?) against the black background which is difficult for me to read--specifically, the line with the poster's name and/or the subject of the topic.

Also, on this page, the poster's name is somewhat dim, but not as bad as the above.

That's it! Keep up the good work 8^)

Oh, and the chicken scratching (showing where you are at in the forum) is also very dark and hard to see, but that's not too critical for me.

I want all of it very readable, and already have been looking to lighten all the portions that are dimmed.  Thinking I may be out of luck on some of it.  On the headlines page, the blue and purple is embedded code and default.  Can't change it.  The names I don't believe I can change the color.  I know its a bit dark, but as of right now, nothing I can do to change those.  I am looking for all kinds of different code to change different things.  Hopefully I will run across something.
