Doyle's book has been one of the best I have read into a detailed method for the 'agressive' style.  It has been stated that Doyle himself regretted writing this book because it gave complete insight into his style and created other aggressive players making it difficult for him to do well.  Having an idea of various styles is a key to long term success.  Having read this years ago, Doyle's book helped me find 'spots' to play that I did not see before.  His commentary on different styles, switching gears, reading the cards and other aspects is valuable.  The problem is, this book has been so read, the play style in spots is well known.  While this is a problem, at the same time, the benefit is that it gives you a great understanding of this style and to win hands when a decision can be tough.
Even if you feel you already believe you have a good grasp on the style and how to play against it, there are other great aspects of the book to consider such as:  how to observe a table, how to represent your hand properly, 5 Card Draw, Seven-Card Stud, Razz poker, Ace to 5, Deuce-to-seven, etc.  Pages 331-418 is about Limit Hold'em 419-520 are dedicated to NL Hold'em.  They compliment each other, but show the differences in the two games.

I give this book an 8 out of 10 hearts ranking.  If poker had a bible, this would be the Old Testament and is a valuable book for your poker library.  I recommend it to any serious poker player.  At 29.95, not a penny wasted.  In terms of poker hands would call it a full house, Aces full of Kings.
