The rules for Omaha Hi/Lo (also called Omaha 8 or better) are the same for Omaha Hi with the addition of a possible Lo hand to split the pot. However, there must be a qualifying low hand. To qualify, the community cards must have 3 cards which are 8 or lower. For example: The community cards (cards on the table) show K J 8 5 2. A Lo hand is possible; however, a player must also have 2 card below 8 in their hand to qualify for the Lo hand. (Ex: player holds A 4. The low hand would be 8 5 4 2 A)
Highest hand splits the pot with the lowest qualifying low hand.
Players MUST use TWO of their hole cards combined with three from the board to make their highest and lowest hands. Ace plays both high and low.
Any two of the players four cards can be used for high, and any two can be used for low. The same two hole cards may be used for both the hi and the lo or 2 cards may be used for hi and the other 2 hole cards may be used for the lo. Straights and flushes are ignored.
Three raise limit per round
